Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Arthur Ross Marbeck, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for a marginal strip in terms of Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and shall be vested in the Crown from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
