Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Waitaki District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second and Third Schedules to this
notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):
(i) the land described in the Second Schedule be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register OT13A/1228.
(ii) the land described in the Third Schedule be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register OTB1/1225.
(c) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described
in the Fourth Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired
for road reserve and vested in the Waitaki District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
