Pursuant to the sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the Schedules to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):
(a) The area described in the First Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA8D/1496, subject to section 59 of the Land Act 1948 and mortgage 6254438.1;
(b) The area described in the Second Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA11D/1254, subject to section 59 of the Land Act 1948; and
(c) The area described in the Third Schedule amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA27A/104.
