Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,

Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 13th day of July 2005, Land Set Apart for a Conservation Area, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 July 2005, No. 110, page 2658, by deleting the land thirdly described in the Schedule and replacing it with the following:
