Far North District
In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegated authority under the Reserves Act 1977, the Far North District Council notifies the following resolution passed
by the council on 14 April 2005:
“That under section 14 of the Act, the Far North
District Council resolves to declare that the piece of
land held in fee simple by the council and described
in the Schedule, be declared to be a local purpose
(native plantings) reserve.”
