Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, being land that became vested in the Minister of Education pursuant to section 143 (2) of the Education Act 1989, is hereby set apart for education purposes and vested in the Crown on
the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 52 (1), declares that the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby
set apart for education purposes and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
