A Proclamation
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Honourable Dame Silvia Cartwright, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for sewer purposes to vest in the Tasman District Council on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette, subject to the interests identified in the Schedule (if any).
