Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister
for Land Information New Zealand, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and
set apart for community purposes and remain vested in
the Waikato District Council.
