Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 20th day of June 2005, acquiring land for road, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 June 2005, No. 100, page 2393, by deleting the Schedule and substituting the following:
