Pursuant to clause 5 (1) of Schedule 2 of the Local Government Act 2002, the Minister of Local Government gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice is the Local Government (Lower Hutt City) Boundary Alteration Notice 2005.
(2) This notice comes into force on the day after it is published in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Boundaries of Lower Hutt City—The area described in the Schedule to this notice is included in Lower Hutt City.
3. Wards—The area included in Lower Hutt City by this notice is included in the Harbour Ward of Lower Hutt City.
4. Communities—The area included in Lower Hutt City by this notice is included in the Petone Community of Lower Hutt City.
Schedule
All that area, being part Lot 3, DP 303948, situated within the Seaview Marina enclosed by the marina breakwaters and by a line extending from the southern point of the northern breakwater to the northern point of the southern breakwater.
