Under section 24B (4) (b) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation declares that the marginal strip requirements set out in section 24 of the Act shall not apply to the disposition of the land required in connection with electricity works as the Aratiatia Power Station specified in the Schedule hereto.
