Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Wanganui Conservancy of the Department of Conservation cancels the vesting in the Stratford District Council over that part of recreation reserve described in the Schedule and vests in trust for that purpose that part of
the reserve in the Percy Thomson Trust (incorporated
under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957), subject to the provisions of the said Act, and on the condition that in preparing the mandatory management plan for the said reserve, the trust, in accordance with section 41 (4) of the said Act, consult with the Stratford District Council to achieve an integrated management plan for the whole of Windsor Park Recreation Reserve for the benefit of the locality.
