Under section 90 (1) of the Ngati Awa Claims Settlement Act 2005, the Minister of Conservation, as the land holding agent for the land listed in the Schedule, notifies that nohoanga entitlements have been granted on 20 April 2005 to the Ngati Awa governance entity, Te Runanga o Ngati Awa, over the land in the Schedule.
