Declaring Land be Included in a Maori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338 (2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be included in the existing Maori reservation in respect of the land known as Horowhenua XIB4 1A3 (Ngatokowaru Marae), which was set apart for the purposes of a marae and meeting house for the common use and benefit of the members of the Ngati Pareraukawa Hapu of the Ngati Raukawa tribe by notices published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 August 1974, No. 75, page 1618 and
New Zealand Gazette, 20 April 1978, No. 33, page 1154, and to which further land was included in the reservation
in New Zealand Gazette, 7 November 1996, No. 163, page 4303.

All that piece of land situated in Block II, Waitohu Survey District and Block IV, Moutere Survey District and described as follows:

4938 (more or less) Parts Horowhenua XIB 41A3 (Ngatokowaru Marae), XIB 41A, 41E 9A, XIV 41E and XIB 41X Blocks, delineated on a sketch planby the Maori Land Court in Whanganui under application A20020005082.
