Scenic Purposes
Pursuant to section 16 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to
a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Dunedin City Council classifies the reserves described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of scenic 19 (1) (a), subject to the provisions of the said Act.

193.19 hectares, being Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, SO 22490 (all Computer Freehold Register 211087). Subject to a right of way (in gross) over part formerly Lots 9 and 11, DP 12466, created by transfer 385625.
