Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby revokes the notice dated the 26th day of May 2005, stopping Ross Road in Nelson City, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 June 2005, No. 86, page 2054.
