In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation, under the Reserves Act 1977, the Porirua City Council notifies the following resolution passed by council on
27 September 2004:
“That under section 14 of the Act, the Porirua City Council resolves that the land held in fee simple by
the council and described in the Schedule be declared
to be drainage reserves.”
