Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation over the lands described in the Schedule as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands with the effect that the lands are now Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.
