Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 13th day of May 2002, for a road realignment, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 May 2002, No. 52, page 1444, by substituting the parcel descriptions for those areas secondly and
eighthly described in the First Schedule with the following descriptions:
