Pursuant to sections 116 (1) and 117 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for
Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information,
New Zealand, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Schedule to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3):
(a) The land firstly described in the Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA45C/56, subject to mortgages H.193138 and B633476.4, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987.
(b) The land secondly described in the Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA48A/558, subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987.
