Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the appointment of the Kohukohu Historic and Arts Society Incorporated to control and manage the historic reserve described in the Schedule, and appoints
the Kohukohu Conservation and Re-creation Society Incorporated to control and manage the said reserve as a historic reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
