Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA52B/385, subject to mortgage B431577.4, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
