Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice acquiring leasehold estate for the generation of electricity, dated the 20th day of July 1987 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 30 July 1987, No. 123, page 3529, by deleting the following areas from the Schedule.
