Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 13th day of March 2000, declaring land acquired for conservation purposes, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 March 2000, No. 28, page 665, by deleting the following words from the recital
"is acquired for Conservation purposes, subject to section 7 of the Conservation Act 1987 "
and replacing them with
"is acquired for the purposes of the management of
sports fish or game and the protection of their habitat, and vest in Fish and Game Council Auckland/Waikato Region, subject to section 26S (5) of the Conservation Act 1987".
