Manage a Reserve, and Appointment of the Northern Buller Communities Society Inc to Control and Manage a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the
West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Granity Recreation Reserve Board to control and manage the Granity Recreation Reserve described in the Schedule, and appoints Northern Buller Communities Society Incorporated to control and manage the said reserve until 30 June 2012.
