Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 23 November 2004,
land acquired for local purpose reserve, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 December 2004, No. 158, page 3940, by inserting after the words Property Law Act 1952
"appurtenant to Section 1 on SO 338066".
