Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to
a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the New Plymouth District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated
with the land in Computer Freehold Register TN72630, subject to pipeline easement certificates 165781, 264304 and 270025, subject to transfer 397005 and easement instrument 5619604.2 and subject to mortgage 5658504.3.
