Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, declares the road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further declares that:
(a) The area of stopped road firstly described shall become esplanade reserve, pursuant to section 345 (3) of the Local Government Act 1974, and shall remain vested in
the Tasman District Council.
(b) The area of stopped road secondly described shall, pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NL75/82, subject to all existing encumbrances.
