Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from
the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated as follows:
(a) That the area firstly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 162475, subject to all existing encumbrances.
(b) That the area secondly described shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 162477, subject to all existing encumbrances.
