(a) Pursuant to sections 50 and 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice
is hereby acquired for road and vested in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 50 and 20 (1), declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice
is hereby acquired for road diversion and vested in the Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
