Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 (5) (c) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the purposes for which the Maori reservation in respect
of the land described in the Schedule hereto was created by a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 October 1995, No. 114, page 3623, is hereby redefined for the purpose of an urupa, chapel, wharepuni, wharekai, marae and papakainga and recreation and sports ground for the common use and benefit of all descendents of Matiu Alexander Tatana and Ada Theresa Hanita-Paki Tatana.
