Pursuant to section 54 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby revokes the notice dated 31 January 2005, stopping and amalgamating a road, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 March 2005, No. 45, page 1123.
