Rodney District
Pursuant to Parts II and VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the lands described in the First Schedule to this notice are hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Rodney District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 20 (1), declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the lands described in the Second Schedule to this notice are hereby acquired for local purpose (community centre) reserve and shall vest in the Rodney District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(c) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Rodney District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(d) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken for severance and shall by amalgamation vest in the registered proprietor of the land comprised in Gazette Notice 842150.1 and be held for local purpose (community centre) reserve on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
