Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 16th day of February 2005, acquiring land for scenic reserve purposes, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 March 2005, No. 45, page 1124, by removing the words
“to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1991,”
and substituting the words
“to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991,”.
