Vesting a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation amends an error in the notice classifying and vesting Reserve 1382 dated the 26th day of April 2004 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 May
2004, No. 49, page 1249, by omitting from the notice all references to
"Environment Canterbury"
and inserting in its place
"Canterbury Regional Council".
