New Zealand, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing though the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120 (3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA13D/1113, subject to mortgage B644709.2 and a right to convey electricity, water, gas, telecommunications and computer media, and a right to drain water and sewage as an easement in gross, as set out in Schedule 4 of the Land Transfer Regulations 2002, in favour of the Tauranga City Council.
