Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 15th day of December 2004, acquiring land for road, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 December 2004, No. 175, page 4418, by substituting the Schedule with the following:
“Schedule
Area m2 Description
500(surface area) Parts Lot 2, DP S63198; comprising 184 square metres, marked “A” on SO 339501, and 316 square metres above RL 38.85, marked “B” on SO 339501.
“A” and “B” shown as Section 1 on SO 339501 of 500 square metres (part Computer Freehold Register SA54C/199).”
