Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Act 1948, and to
a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Arthur Ross Marbeck, Land Information New Zealand, declares
the land described in the Schedule to this notice be set
apart for scenic reserve for addition to the Hokitika District Scenic Reserve and remain vested in the Crown.
