Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes the appointment of the Waipu Centennial Trust Board to control and manage the reserves described in the First and Second Schedules to this notice and further vests the reserve in the First Schedule in the Whangarei District Council in trust for a local purpose (off-street parking) reserve, and vests the reserve in the Second Schedule in trust for a local purpose (site for centennial museum) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
