Pursuant to section 14 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Kapiti Coast District Council hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be held and administered by the council as recreation reserve for the purposes and in the manner specified in section 17 (1) of
the Reserves Act 1977.
