Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the areas of land described in the First Schedule to this notice are hereby acquired for road and vested in the Waikato District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA27D/696, subject to the encumbrances thereon.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA2B/1303, subject to the encumbrances thereon.
(d) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA40A/905, subject to the encumbrances thereon.
(e) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA62C/294, subject to the encumbrances thereon.
(f) Pursuant to sections 116 (1), 117 (3) and 120 (3), declares the portion of road described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA23B/1194, subject to the encumbrances thereon.
