Pursuant to section 338 (5) (d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the class of persons specified in the Maori Reservation constituted over the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto be redefined for the common use and benefit of firstly the whanau of Whakatu and secondly
with the agreement of at least five trustees for the common use and benefit of the whanau from Waipatu, Ruahapia,
Te Awanga, Haumoana, Kohupatiki and Clive.
