Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation amends an error in the notice revoking the Government purpose (health and disability sector and related purposes) reserve dated the 28th day of January 2005 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 3 February 2005, page 782, by omitting from the main body of the notice
the word
“Care”
and omitting from the Schedule the title reference
“171/149”
and inserting in its place the title reference
“171/49”.
