(a) 5155 square metres, Block XII, Maungaru Survey District; marked “A” on SO 61399;
(b) 2213 square metres, Block XV, Kaihu Survey District; marked “B”, “C”, “D”, “E”, “F” and “G” on SO 63131; and
(c) 1012 square metres, Block XV, Kaihu Survey District; marked “H” on SO 63130.
