Revocation of Appointments to Control and Manage Reserves, and Appointment of the Manawatu District Council to Control and Manage Reserves

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Wanganui Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Palmerston North City Council acting as the Totara Scenic Board
to control and manage the reserve described in the First Schedule, and further revokes the appointment of the Palmerston North City Council acting as the Pohangina Valley Domain Board to control and manage the reserve described in the Second Schedule, and appoints the Manawatu District Council to control and manage the reserves described in the First and Second Schedules for their existing purposes.
