Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of
road adjoining or passing through the land described in
the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 52, to be set apart for use in connection with a road and to remain vested in the Crown.
