-Napier-Hastings Motorway, Hastings District
Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 7th day of July 2004, taking land for severance at Napier-Hastings motorway, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 July 2004, No. 87, page 2188, by deleting the words:
"and shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Register 101711, subject to mortgage 507692.2"
from the recital and replacing them with the words:
"and shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 101712".
