Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Grey District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken, under section 119, and vested in the Grey District Council and amalgamated as stated in the Schedule.
(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be taken, under section 119, and vested as stated in the Schedule.
(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be taken, under sections 116 and 117, and vested in the Grey District Council.
