Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice, together with a right to convey electricity and water and to drain water created by easement instrument 6001378.2 and subject to part 9 of the Ngai Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998, is to be set apart as a recreation reserve on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette and to remain vested in the Crown.
