Ki-Te-Tonga Trust to Control and Manage Reserves
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of the Department of Conservation appoints the Ngati Koata no Rangitoto Ki-Te-Tonga Trust to control and manage the historic and the local purpose (cultural) reserves described in the Schedule, subject to the said Act.
